The Americana® climbing peak safety helmet features a Mega Ratchet® 4-point suspension system that allows for one-handed adjustment, making it easy to fit with or without gloves. Weighing only 13 oz., it is designed for all-day comfort and includes a short peak brim for improved vertical field of view and safety. The helmet comes with a durable nylon 4-point chin strap, which has woven webbing and slider size adjustments, along with a deluxe chin guard. The newly designed black 4-point woven nylon suspension ensures secure comfort while minimizing the visibility of sweat and dirt. The helmet accommodates head sizes from 6-1/2 to 8, includes a removable, washable, and replaceable moisture-wicking brow pad, and has goggle retaining slots on the suspension. It meets the low-temperature (LT) option of the Z89.1 standard and is certified to CAN/CSA Z94.1-2015 (R2020) - Type I Class E & G, as well as complying with various USA standards including ANSI-ISEA Z89.1:2014 for industrial head protection. It offers Class G and E electrical protection, being proof-tested to 2,200V and 20,000V, respectively, and provides Type I impact protection with additional features for flammability and penetration resistance. Each carton contains 12 helmets, and the product is compatible with the I-675R replacement suspension.
