The Americana® climbing peak is a safety helmet designed for maximum comfort and protection, featuring a Mega Ratchet® 4-point suspension system that allows for one-handed adjustment with or without gloves, weighing only 13 oz. for all-day wear. The helmet includes a short peak brim for an enhanced vertical field of view and a durable 4-point chin strap made from woven nylon, equipped with slider size adjustments and a deluxe chin guard. It is designed to accommodate head sizes ranging from 6-1/2 to 8, and features a moisture-wicking brow pad that is removable, washable, and replaceable. The helmet meets the low temperature option of the Z89.1 standard, includes goggle retaining slots on the suspension, and is packaged with 12 units per carton. It is compatible with I-675R replacement suspension and is SEI certified to CAN/CSA Z94.1-2015 (R2020) - Type I Class E & G. The helmet complies with various USA standards, including ANSI-ISEA Z89.1:2014, offering Class G electrical protection (proof-tested at 2,200V), Class E electrical protection (proof-tested at 20,000V), and Type I impact protection, ensuring comprehensive safety for users in diverse environments.
