The contrast shell is made from abrasion-resistant ripstop fabric, comprising 95% polyester and 5% spandex, with a waterproof rating of 8000MM MVP / 24HR. The parka includes a brushed tricot lining in the shell and a quilted liner with 6 oz. polyfill insulation. It features a full zip front closure with a double storm placket and hook and loop closure, a detachable hood with an adjustable drawcord, a variety of pockets including an upper welt pocket with flap and reflective trim, an upper zipper pocket, and two lower welt pockets.
