Engineered to provide superior comfort and safety in cold storage and freezer environments, Tingley® Cold Gear incorporates premium heat retention technology with Thermo-Ficient™ insulation to ensure protection in extreme temperatures. The kit includes an aluminum oxide Thermo-Ficient™ lining that reflects up to 70% of body heat for optimal heat retention, along with a zipper storm fly front featuring a hidden snap closure. Each leg cuff is equipped with a thigh-height zippered side opening and a storm flap for easy on/off access. The design includes 600D heavy-duty leg cuff guards to prevent wear, and a heavy-duty, water-repellant, abrasion and tear-resistant 420D nylon shell material for enhanced durability. The adjustable suspender straps are heavy-duty black elastic with connectors and quick-release buckles, while two insulated fleece-lined pockets and a zip pocket provide additional storage. The black material consists of 420D PU coated nylon (5.0 oz.), and the body of the overalls is lined with ThermoFicient™ aluminum oxide coated 210T polyester taffeta filled with 240g/m² fiber fill polyester. The seam construction features double needle stitching, and hems are single needle stitched.
