Engineered to provide superior comfort and safety in cold storage and freezer environments, the Tingley® Cold Gear utilizes premium heat retention technology with Thermo-Ficient™ insulation, ensuring protection in extreme temperatures. It features an aluminum oxide Thermo-Ficient™ lining that reflects up to 70% of body heat for optimal heat retention, a zipper storm fly front with hidden snap closure, and thigh height zippered side openings with storm flaps for easy on/off at each leg cuff. The durable construction includes 600D heavy-duty leg cuff guards to prevent wear and a heavy-duty, water-repellant, abrasion and tear-resistant 420D nylon shell material for extended wear-life. Additional features comprise heavy-duty black elastic adjustable suspender straps with connectors and quick-release buckles, two insulated fleece-lined pockets, and a zippered chest pocket. The black material is made of 420D PU coated nylon (5.0 oz.), while the body of the overalls is lined with Thermo-Ficient™ aluminum oxide coated 210T polyester taffeta filled with 240g/m² fiber fill polyester. For seam construction, the seams are double needle stitched, and the hems are single needle stitched.
