Engineered to provide superior comfort and safety in cold storage and freezer environments, Tingley® Cold Gear utilizes premium heat retention technology with Thermo-Ficient™ insulation to ensure protection in extreme temperatures. The kit includes features such as an aluminum oxide Thermo-Ficient™ lining that reflects up to 70% of body heat for optimal heat retention, a zipper storm fly front with a hidden snap closure, and a thigh height zippered side opening with a storm flap for easy on/off located at each leg cuff. It is equipped with 600D heavy-duty leg cuff guards to prevent wear, a heavy-duty, water-repellant, abrasion, and tear-resistant 420D nylon shell material for extended wear-life, and heavy-duty black elastic adjustable suspender straps with connectors and quick-release buckles. Additionally, there are two insulated fleece-lined pockets and a zippered chest pocket. The black material is made of 420D PU coated nylon (5.0 oz.), while the body of the overalls is lined with Thermo-Ficient™ aluminum oxide coated 210T polyester taffeta filled with 240g/m² fiber fill polyester. The seam construction features double needle stitched seams and single needle stitched hems.
