Engineered to provide superior comfort and safety in cold storage and freezer environments, Tingley® Cold Gear employs premium heat retention technology with Thermo-Ficient™ insulation for optimal protection in extreme temperatures. The kit includes a heavy-duty, water-repellant, abrasion and tear-resistant 420D nylon shell material (5.0 oz.) and boasts features such as an aluminum oxide Thermo-Ficient™ lining that reflects up to 70% of body heat, a zipper storm fly front with hidden snap closure, and thigh-height zippered side openings with storm flaps for ease of wear. It also incorporates 600D heavy-duty leg cuff guards to prevent wear, heavy-duty black elastic adjustable suspender straps with quick-release buckles, two insulated fleece-lined pockets, and a zippered chest pocket. The body of the overalls is lined with ThermoFicient™ aluminum oxide coated 210T polyester taffeta filled with 240g/m² fiber fill polyester, and all seams are double needle stitched with single needle stitched hems, ensuring durability and long-lasting performance.
