Engineered to provide superior comfort and safety in cold storage and freezer environments, Tingley® Cold Gear utilizes premium heat retention technology with Thermo-Ficient™ insulation to keep you protected in extreme temperatures. This kit includes an aluminum oxide Thermo-Ficient™ lining that reflects up to 70% of body heat for optimal heat retention, along with a zipper storm fly front featuring a hidden snap closure. Each leg cuff is equipped with a thigh-height zippered side opening and a storm flap for easy on/off access. The leg cuffs are reinforced with 600D heavy-duty guards to prevent wear, while the shell is made from heavy-duty, water-repellant, abrasion and tear-resistant 420D nylon for longer wear-life. It also features heavy-duty black elastic adjustable suspender straps with connectors and quick release buckles, two insulated fleece-lined pockets, and a zippered chest pocket. The black material used is 420D PU-coated nylon (5.0 oz.), and the body of the overalls is lined with Thermo-Ficient™ aluminum oxide coated 210T polyester taffeta filled with 240g/m² fiber fill polyester. The seam construction consists of double needle stitched seams and single needle stitched hems.
