Engineered to provide superior comfort and safety in cold storage and freezer environments, Tingley® Cold Gear utilizes premium heat retention technology with Thermo-Ficient™ insulation to ensure protection in extreme temperatures. The kit includes a two-tone 2" silver reflective tape that offers 360° visibility in low light conditions, a heavy-duty, water repellent, abrasion and tear resistant 420D nylon shell for enhanced durability, and heavy-duty black elastic adjustable suspender straps with connectors and quick release buckles. It features two insulated fleece lined pockets, 600D heavy duty leg cuff guards to minimize wear, and an aluminum oxide Thermo-Ficient™ lining that reflects up to 70% of body heat for optimal heat retention. Additionally, there is a zipper storm fly front with a hidden snap closure, thigh height zippered side openings with storm flaps for easy access at each leg cuff, and a secured badge holder. The overalls are available in Black / Fluorescent Yellow-Green, classified as Type O. The black material is made from 420D PU coated nylon (5.0 oz.), while the body is lined with ThermoFicient™ aluminum oxide coated 210T polyester taffeta filled with 240g/m² fiber fill polyester. The seam construction includes double needle stitching for the seams and single needle stitching for the hems.
