Engineered to provide superior comfort and safety in cold storage and freezer environments, Tingley® Cold Gear utilizes premium heat retention technology with Thermo-Ficient™ insulation to protect users in the toughest temperatures. The kit includes features such as two-tone 2" silver reflective tape for 360° conspicuity in low light conditions, and a heavy-duty, water-repellant, abrasion and tear-resistant 420D nylon shell material for longer wear life. It is equipped with heavy-duty black, elastic, adjustable suspender straps with connectors and quick-release buckles, along with two insulated fleece-lined pockets and 600D heavy-duty leg cuff guards to prevent wear. The aluminum oxide Thermo-Ficient™ lining reflects up to 70% of body heat for optimal heat retention. Additional specifications include a zipper storm fly front with hidden snap closure, thigh-height zippered side openings with storm flaps for easy on/off at each leg cuff, and a secured badge holder. The overalls are available in Black / Fluorescent Yellow-Green, made from 420D PU coated nylon (5.0 oz.) for the black material. The body is lined with Thermo-Ficient™ aluminum oxide coated 210T polyester taffeta filled with 240g/m² fiber fill polyester, with seam construction featuring double needle stitched seams and single needle stitched hems.
