Engineered to provide superior comfort and safety in cold storage and freezer environments, Tingley® Cold Gear utilizes premium heat retention technology with Thermo-Ficient™ insulation to keep you protected in tough temperatures. The kit includes a two-tone design featuring 2" silver reflective tape that reflects light for 360° conspicuity in low light conditions. It is made from heavy-duty, water repellent, abrasion and tear-resistant 420D nylon shell material for enhanced durability. The product boasts heavy-duty black, elastic, adjustable suspender straps with connectors and quick-release buckles, along with two insulated fleece-lined pockets for added convenience. The design incorporates 600D heavy-duty leg cuff guards to prevent wear, and the aluminum oxide Thermo-Ficient™ lining reflects up to 70% of body heat for optimal heat retention. Additional features include a zipper storm fly front with a hidden snap closure, a thigh-height zippered side opening with a storm flap for ease of wear located at each leg cuff, and a secured badge holder. The overall color is black with fluorescent yellow-green accents, classified as Type O. The black material is composed of 420D PU coated nylon (5.0 oz.), while the body of the overalls is lined with Thermo-Ficient™ aluminum oxide coated 210T polyester taffeta, filled with 240g/m² fiber fill polyester. The seam construction consists of double needle stitched seams and single needle stitched hems.
