Engineered to provide superior comfort and safety in cold storage and freezer environments, Tingley® Cold Gear employs premium heat retention technology with Thermo-Ficient™ insulation to keep you protected in the toughest temperatures. The kit includes a two-tone 2" silver reflective tape for 360° conspicuity in low light conditions, a heavy-duty water repellent, abrasion and tear-resistant 420D nylon shell material for longer wear life, and durable black elastic adjustable suspender straps with connectors and quick-release buckles. It features two insulated fleece-lined pockets, 600D heavy-duty leg cuff guards to prevent wear, and an aluminum oxide Thermo-Ficient™ lining that reflects up to 70% of body heat for optimal heat retention. The design includes a zipper storm fly front with a hidden snap closure, thigh-height zippered side openings with storm flaps for easy on/off at each leg cuff, and a secured badge holder. The color combination is Black / Fluorescent Yellow-Green, with a Type O classification. The material consists of 420D PU coated nylon (5.0 oz.) for the black sections, while the body of the overalls is lined with ThermoFicient™ aluminum oxide coated 210T polyester taffeta filled with 240g/m² fiber fill polyester. Seam construction features double needle stitched seams and single needle stitched hems.
