Engineered to provide superior comfort and safety in cold storage and freezer environments, Tingley® Cold Gear utilizes premium heat retention technology with Thermo-Ficient™ insulation to ensure protection in extreme temperatures. The jacket is compliant with ANSI/ISEA 107 Type O Class 1 and CSA Z96 Class 1 Level 2 standards for high visibility, and features two-tone 2" silver reflective tape that reflects light for 360° visibility in low light conditions. An aluminum oxide Thermo-Ficient™ lining reflects up to 70% of body heat for optimal warmth retention. The jacket is made from heavy-duty, water-repellent, abrasion and tear-resistant 420D nylon shell material for enhanced durability. The overhead shoulder design allows for complete freedom of movement, while the storm fly front with a hidden snap closure and heavy-duty zipper provides secure fastening. Additional features include a detachable insulated hood with a knit wind seal and throat guard, a tapered sweep with an adjustable elastic drawcord to minimize catching risks, and tapered sleeve cuffs with hook and loop take-up straps. Pockets include a left chest exterior zipper pocket, two lined exterior handwarmer pockets, a two-section exterior pen pocket on the upper left sleeve with a clear badge holder, and an interior pocket on the upper right with a zipper closure. The jacket's embellishment access zipper is located in the rear sweep. Material specifications include a black 420D PU coated nylon (5.0 oz.) outer fabric and a lining of ThermoFicient™ aluminum oxide coated 210T polyester taffeta filled with 240g/m² fiber fill polyester. The seam construction consists of double needle stitched seams and single needle stitched hems, with a closure type featuring a storm fly front with a heavy-duty zipper and five snaps.
