Engineered to provide superior comfort and safety in cold storage and freezer environments, Tingley® Cold Gear utilizes premium heat retention technology with Thermo-Ficient™ insulation to keep you protected in the toughest temperatures. This kit includes an ANSI/ISEA 107 Type O Class 1 compliant jacket and a CSA Z96 Class 1 Level 2 compliant jacket for high visibility. It features two-tone 2" silver reflective tape that reflects light for 360° conspicuity in low light conditions, an aluminum oxide Thermo-Ficient™ lining that reflects up to 70% of body heat for optimal heat retention, and a heavy-duty, water-repellent, abrasion and tear-resistant 420D nylon shell material for longer wear-life. The overhead shoulder design ensures complete freedom of movement, and the zipper/storm fly front comes with a hidden snap closure. A detachable insulated hood is designed with a knit wind seal and throat guard. The tapered sweep includes an adjustable elastic drawcord to prevent the risk of catching, while the tapered sleeve cuff features hook and loop take-up straps. The jacket has one exterior left chest zipper pocket, two lined exterior handwarmer pockets, and a two-section exterior pen pocket located on the upper left sleeve, topped with a clear badge holder. An interior pocket on the upper right with zipper closure and embellishment access zipper in the rear sweep enhance functionality. The black material is composed of 420D PU coated nylon (5.0 oz.), with the jacket body, sleeves, and hood lined with ThermoFicient™ aluminum oxide coated 210T polyester taffeta filled with 240g/m² fiber fill polyester. The seam construction includes double needle stitched seams and single needle stitched hems, while the closure type consists of a storm fly front with a heavy-duty zipper and five snaps.
