Engineered to provide superior comfort and safety in cold storage and freezer environments, Tingley® Cold Gear incorporates premium heat retention technology with Thermo-Ficient™ insulation to ensure protection in extreme temperatures. The jacket is compliant with ANSI/ISEA 107 Type O Class 1 and CSA Z96 Class 1 Level 2 for high visibility, featuring two-tone 2" silver reflective tape for 360° conspicuity in low-light conditions. The aluminum oxide Thermo-Ficient™ lining reflects up to 70% of body heat for optimal heat retention, while the heavy-duty, water-repellent, abrasion, and tear-resistant 420D nylon shell material enhances durability. The overhead shoulder design allows for complete freedom of movement, complemented by a zipper/storm fly front with a hidden snap closure. It includes a detachable insulated hood with a knit wind seal and throat guard, a tapered sweep with an adjustable elastic drawcord, and a tapered sleeve cuff with hook and loop take-up straps. Additional features include one exterior left chest zipper pocket, two lined exterior handwarmer pockets, a two-section exterior pen pocket on the upper left sleeve with a clear badge holder layered on top, an interior pocket on the upper right with zipper closure, and an embellishment access zipper in the rear sweep. The jacket is made from 420D PU coated nylon (5.0 oz.) for the black material, while the jacket body, sleeves, and hood are lined with ThermoFicient™ aluminum oxide coated 210T polyester taffeta filled with 240g/m² fiber fill polyester. The seams are double needle stitched with single needle stitching at the hems, and the closure type consists of a storm fly front with a heavy-duty zipper and 5 snaps.
