Engineered to provide superior comfort and safety in cold storage and freezer environments, Tingley® Cold Gear utilizes premium heat retention technology with Thermo-Ficient™ insulation to ensure protection in tough temperatures. This kit includes an ANSI/ISEA 107 Type O Class 1 compliant jacket and a CSA Z96 Class 1 Level 2 compliant jacket for high visibility, featuring two-tone 2" silver reflective tape for 360° conspicuity in low light conditions. The aluminum oxide Thermo-Ficient™ lining reflects up to 70% of body heat for optimal heat retention, and the heavy duty, water repellant, abrasion and tear resistant 420D nylon shell material enhances wear life. The design incorporates overhead shoulders for freedom of movement, a zipper/storm fly front with hidden snap closure, and a detachable insulated hood with a knit wind seal and throat guard. Additional attributes include a tapered sweep with an adjustable elastic drawcord, tapered sleeve cuffs with hook and loop take-up straps, one exterior left chest zipper pocket, two lined exterior handwarmer pockets, a two-section exterior pen pocket on the upper left sleeve with a clear badge holder, an interior pocket on the upper right with zipper closure, and an embellishment access zipper in the rear sweep. The black material is 420D PU coated nylon (5.0 oz.), with the jacket body, sleeves, and hood lined in ThermoFicient™ aluminum oxide coated 210T polyester taffeta filled with 240g/m² fiber fill polyester. The seams are double needle stitched, and hems are single needle stitched, with a storm fly front closure featuring a heavy-duty zipper and five snaps. The product is backed by a warranty.
