Engineered to provide superior comfort and safety in cold storage and freezer environments, the Tingley® Cold Gear jacket utilizes premium heat retention technology with Thermo-Ficient™ insulation to protect you in extreme temperatures. The jacket is compliant with ANSI/ISEA 107 Type O Class 1 and CSA Z96 Class 1 Level 2 for high visibility, featuring two-tone 2" silver reflective tape for 360° conspicuity in low light conditions. It includes an aluminum oxide Thermo-Ficient™ lining that reflects up to 70% of body heat, ensuring optimal heat retention. The heavy-duty, water-repellent, abrasion and tear-resistant 420D nylon shell material contributes to a longer wear-life, while the overhead shoulder design allows for complete freedom of movement. The closure consists of a storm fly front with a heavy-duty zipper and five snaps, and there is a detachable insulated hood with a knit wind seal and throat guard. Additional features include a tapered sweep with an adjustable elastic drawcord, tapered sleeve cuffs with hook and loop take-up straps, one exterior left chest zipper pocket, two lined exterior handwarmer pockets, a two-section exterior pen pocket on the upper left sleeve with a clear badge holder, an interior pocket on the upper right with zipper closure, and an embellishment access zipper in the rear sweep. The jacket is constructed from black 420D PU coated nylon (5.0 oz.), with the body, sleeves, and hood lined with Thermo-Ficient™ aluminum oxide coated 210T polyester taffeta filled with 240g/m² fiber fill polyester. The seams are double needle stitched, and hems are single needle stitched.
