The Zephyr® portable sign stand is constructed of a 38-pound steel plate molded into a recycled rubber base, providing a stable foundation that prevents tipping or "walking" in windy conditions. It includes two molded-in carrying handles for easy movement and placement. The stand features a low-profile design without folding legs that extend into traffic, allowing for minimal storage space in vehicles. Stacking lugs are molded into the base for convenient transport and storage, and the vertical mast folds down and locks in place to reduce damage during loading and unloading. The stand is compatible with 36" and 48" roll-up signs, utilizing a plastic corner pocket for quick and easy mounting; the sign locks in place with a simple press and can be removed using a release lever. The large rubber base is skid-resistant and designed to withstand windy conditions while effectively managing airflow without bulky springs. The kit includes a bulk pack with a roll-up minimum and maximum of 12". The stand is NCHRP-350 approved for use with roll-up signs and is ideal for city and utility applications. The materials used are recycled rubber and steel.
