Engineered to provide superior comfort and safety in cold storage and freezer environments, Tingley® Cold Gear utilizes premium heat retention technology with Thermo-Ficient™ insulation to ensure protection in tough temperatures. The ANSI/ISEA 107 Type O Class 1 compliant jacket and CSA Z96 Class 1 Level 2 compliant jacket enhance visibility, featuring two-tone 2" silver reflective tape for 360° conspicuity in low light conditions. The aluminum oxide Thermo-Ficient™ lining reflects up to 70% of body heat for optimal retention, while the heavy-duty, water-repellent, abrasion and tear-resistant 420D nylon shell material ensures a longer wear life. Additional features include an overhead shoulder design for freedom of movement, a zipper/storm fly front with hidden snap closure, a detachable insulated hood with knit wind seal and throat guard, and a tapered sweep with adjustable elastic drawcord. The tapered sleeve cuff has hook and loop take-up straps, and the jacket includes a variety of pockets: one exterior left chest zipper pocket, two lined exterior handwarmer pockets, a two-section exterior pen pocket on the upper left sleeve with a clear badge holder, and an interior pocket on the upper right with zipper closure, along with embellishment access zipper in the rear sweep. The black material is made from 420D PU coated nylon (5.0 oz.), with the jacket body, sleeves, and hood lined in ThermoFicient™ aluminum oxide coated 210T polyester taffeta filled with 240g/m² fiber fill polyester. Seam construction features double needle stitched seams and single needle stitched hems, while the closure type consists of a storm fly front with heavy-duty zipper and five snaps.
