The R8070SD is a high-precision sound level meter designed for versatile applications, featuring triple range measurement with a dynamic range of 50 dB, and an accuracy of ±1.0 dB to 1 kHz, adhering to Type 2 standards. It offers a data hold function, max/min functions, and an easy-to-read backlit LCD display. Users can manually record up to 99 readings on an SD card (maximum 16 GB) or choose an automatic mode with a selectable sampling rate from 1 to 3600 seconds, allowing for efficient data logging without the need for software. This product includes an ISO certificate with full data and uncertainties, a windshield ball, a soft carrying case, and batteries. Optional accessories, such as a tripod and AC adapter, are available for long-term monitoring. Key features also include A and C frequency weighting, fast and slow time weighting, peak hold, and a low battery indicator with auto shut-off.
