The REED R2170 professional thermal imaging camera features an infrared sensor capable of detecting temperatures between -40 and 752°F (-40 and 400°C) and offers four image modes: thermal, visual, picture-in-picture (PIP), and fusion. It boasts a 320 x 240 infrared resolution (76,800 pixels) displayed on a 3.5" color IPS LCD, along with seven different color palettes for enhanced visualization. Key features include built-in dual LED flashlights, intuitive on-screen measurement tools, high and low temperature spot and alarm indicators, a 4x digital zoom capability, and the ability to view and analyze stored data, generating reports or projects in real-time on a PC. The camera is IP54 rated and has been drop tested from 6.5 feet (2 meters). It also includes rechargeable Li-ion batteries designed for easy replacement in the field, ensuring continuous operation, along with a low battery indication and auto shut-off feature. The device's accuracy is ±3.6°F (2°C) or ±2% of reading, with a resolution of 0.1°F/°C/K.
