The Women's DRIFIRE® Tecgen FR Work Shirt is designed with a feminine silhouette and is inherently flame resistant (FR). Made from a 5.5 oz. Tecgen Select® OPF blend twill, it provides dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire. Key features include a pen/pencil slot in the front pocket, lightweight and breathable fabric, and exceptional moisture-wicking and drying capabilities. The shirt is equipped with two chest pockets with flaps, offering functionality alongside style. It meets compliance standards with an arc rating of 8 cal/cm² and is certified to Cat level 2, NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269. For product care, the shirt should not be treated with chlorine bleach, detergents containing bleach, hydrogen peroxide, or fabric softeners. It is dry cleanable and should be washed inside out in warm water (max. 140° / 60°), followed by tumble drying on warm. Following these care instructions is essential to maintain the fabric performance, particularly when soiled with contaminants like dirt, grease, and oils. If contaminants cannot be removed, it is advisable to discontinue use of the garment.
