The Women's DRIFIRE® Tecgen FR Work Shirt is designed with a feminine silhouette and is inherently flame resistant (FR), made from a lightweight 5.5 oz. Tecgen Select® OPF blend twill fabric that offers dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire. Key features include a pen/pencil slot in the front pocket, a breathable material with unsupassed moisture-wicking and drying properties, and two chest pockets with flaps. This FR shirt provides a protection level with an arc rating of 8 cal/cm² and is compliant with several standards including NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269, classified as Category 2. Care instructions specify that the shirt is dry cleanable and should be machine washed warm (maximum 140° / 60°) while being turned inside out; chlorine bleach and fabric softeners should not be used. To maintain fabric performance, it is essential to follow the laundering instructions and remove contaminants like dirt, grease, and oils as needed.
