The Women's DRIFIRE® Tecgen FR Work Shirt features a feminine silhouette and is made from a 5.5 oz. Tecgen Select® OPF blend twill, providing dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire. This shirt includes a pen/pencil slot in the front pocket, two chest pockets with flaps, and is inherently flame resistant, ensuring that the FR protection will not wash or wear out. The lightweight, breathable fabric boasts unsurpassed moisture-wicking and drying rates, making it both comfortable and professional-looking for all women, including expectant mothers; it is recommended to go up one size for maternity use. The shirt complies with various standards including an arc rating of 8 cal/cm², Cat level 2, NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269. For optimal maintenance, do not use chlorine bleach, detergents containing bleach, hydrogen peroxide, or fabric softeners. It is dry cleanable and should be machine washed warm (max. 140° / 60°) inside out, followed by a warm tumble dry. Proper laundering is essential to maintain fabric performance and remove contaminants such as dirt, greases, and oils. If contaminants persist after laundering, it is advisable to discontinue use of the garment.
