The Women's Drifire® Tecgen FR Work Shirt is designed with a feminine silhouette and features a lightweight, breathable fabric made from a 5.5 oz. Tecgen Select® OPF blend twill. This shirt offers dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire, with an arc rating of 8 Cal/cm² and classified as Cat 2. It is inherently flame resistant, ensuring that FR protection will not wash or wear out. The shirt includes practical elements such as a pen/pencil slot in the front pocket, two chest pockets with flaps, and moisture-wicking properties that offer an unsurpassed drying rate. Compliance with several safety standards is ensured, including NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269. For care, the shirt is dry cleanable, should be turned inside out prior to laundering, and can be machine washed warm at a maximum of 140° (60°). It is advised to avoid chlorine bleach, hydrogen peroxide, and fabric softeners to maintain fabric performance, and if contaminants persist after laundering, discontinuing use is recommended.
