The Women's DRIFIRE® Tecgen FR Work Shirt features a feminine silhouette and is made from a lightweight, 5.5 oz. Tecgen Select® OPF Blend Twill fabric that is inherently flame resistant (FR), ensuring that the FR protection will not wash or wear out. This shirt offers dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire and includes practical elements such as a pen/pencil slot in the front pocket and two chest pockets with flaps. It is designed to be lightweight and breathable, providing unsurpassed moisture-wicking and drying rates for comfort in various work environments. The shirt meets the compliance standards for arc rating of 8 cal/cm², Cat level 2, and adheres to NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269. Product care instructions specify that it should not be washed with chlorine bleach or detergents containing bleach, hydrogen peroxide, or fabric softeners, and it is dry cleanable. The recommended washing procedure includes turning the garment inside out prior to laundering, machine washing in warm water (max. 140° / 60°), and tumble drying on warm. To maintain fabric performance, it is advised to wash according to these instructions to remove contaminants such as dirt, grease, and oils, and to discontinue use if contaminants cannot be removed after laundering.
