The Women's Drifire® Tecgen FR work shirt features a feminine silhouette and is inherently flame resistant (FR), crafted from a 5.5 oz. Tecgen Select® OPF blend twill fabric that provides dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire. The shirt includes a pen/pencil slot in the front pocket, two chest pockets with flaps, and is designed to keep all women safe, comfortable, and stylish, including expectant mothers who may consider going up one size for a better fit. Its lightweight, breathable fabric showcases unsurpassed moisture-wicking and drying capabilities. Compliance with safety standards is ensured with an arc rating of 8 cal/cm², meeting Cat level 2, NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is recommended to avoid chlorine bleach, detergents containing bleach, hydrogen peroxide, and fabric softeners; the shirt is dry cleanable, should be turned inside out before laundering, and can be washed in warm water (max. 140° / 60°) followed by tumble drying on warm. It is important to wash according to these instructions to maintain fabric performance, particularly when soiled with contaminants. If contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, it is advised to discontinue use of the garment.
