The Women's DRIFIRE® Tecgen FR work shirt is designed with a feminine silhouette and is constructed from a lightweight, breathable 5.5 oz. Tecgen Select® OPF blend twill, providing inherent flame resistance that will not wash or wear out. This shirt offers dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire, featuring a pen/pencil slot in the front pocket, two chest pockets with flaps, and superior moisture-wicking and drying properties for enhanced comfort. It is specifically designed to ensure safety, comfort, and style for all women, including expectant mothers, with a recommendation to go up one size for maternity needs. The shirt complies with various standards including an arc rating of 8 cal/cm², Cat level 2, NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269. Care instructions emphasize avoiding bleach, hydrogen peroxide, and fabric softeners, and recommend dry cleaning or machine washing warm (max. 140° / 60°) with a tumble dry on warm, while turning the garment inside out before laundering. To maintain fabric performance, contaminants such as dirt, greases, or oils should be removed promptly, and if they cannot be eliminated after laundering, it is advised to discontinue use of the garment.
