The kit includes a women's protective garment made from 6.25 oz. dual hazard knit lightweight, soft, and multi-hazard fabric, featuring a tagless neckline with smooth covered neck and shoulder seams for exceptional comfort, and FR 3M™ Scotchlite™ reflective comfort trim. This garment offers dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire, and is designed specifically for women, proudly made in the USA. It complies with several certifications, including an arc rating of 11 cal/cm², Cat level 2, and adheres to NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, ANSI/ISEA 107 type R class 3, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269 standards. For product care, it is recommended not to use bleach or hydrogen peroxide, and to avoid fabric softeners. The garment should be machine washed cold with like colors (maximum 80°F / 27°C) and tumble dried low (maximum 140°F / 60°C). Proper laundering is essential to maintain fabric performance, especially when soiled with dirt, grease, or oils; if contaminants cannot be removed, it is advised to discontinue use.
