The Women's DRIFIRE® Tecgen FR work shirt is designed with a feminine silhouette and features a lightweight, breathable fabric made from a 5.5 oz. Tecgen Select® OPF blend twill. It provides dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire and is inherently flame resistant, ensuring that FR protection will not wash or wear out over time. Key features include a pen/pencil slot in the front pocket, two chest pockets with flaps, and unsurpassed moisture-wicking and drying rates. The shirt is compliant with several standards, including an arc rating of 8 cal/cm², Cat level 2, NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is advised not to use chlorine bleach, detergents containing bleach, hydrogen peroxide, or fabric softeners. The shirt is dry cleanable, and laundering instructions recommend turning the garment inside out, machine washing it warm (maximum 140° / 60°), and tumble drying it warm. Proper washing techniques are essential to maintain the fabric's performance, especially when soiled with dirt, greases, or oils.
