The kit includes a lightweight, soft, and multi-hazard fabric made from 6.25 oz. dual hazard knit, featuring a tagless neckline and smooth covered neck and shoulder seam for exceptional comfort. It incorporates FR 3M™ Scotchlite™ reflective comfort trim, providing dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire, and is specifically designed by women for women. This product is made in the USA and complies with several industry standards: an arc rating of 11 cal/cm², Cat level 2, NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, ANSI/ISEA 107 Type R Class 3, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269. To maintain fabric performance, the product care instructions specify not to use bleach, hydrogen peroxide, or fabric softeners, and recommend machine washing in cold water with like colors (max. 80°F / 27°C) and tumble drying on low (max. 140°F / 60°C). It is advised to follow these instructions closely to remove contaminants like dirt, greases, and oils, and to discontinue use if contaminants cannot be removed after laundering.
