The Women's DRIFIRE® Tecgen FR work shirt is designed with a feminine silhouette and is made from a 5.5 oz. Tecgen Select® OPF blend twill, offering inherent flame resistance (FR) that will not wash or wear out. This lightweight and breathable fabric features exceptional moisture-wicking and drying properties, ensuring comfort throughout the day. Key features include dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire, two chest pockets with flaps, and a pen/pencil slot in the front pocket. The shirt is particularly suitable for all women, including expectant mothers, with the recommendation to size up for maternity wear. It complies with several standards, including an arc rating of 8 cal/cm², Cat level 2, NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is advised not to use chlorine bleach, hydrogen peroxide, or fabric softeners. The shirt is dry cleanable, and laundering should be done by turning the garment inside out, using a machine wash at warm temperatures (maximum 140° / 60°), and tumble drying on warm. Proper washing methods are essential to maintain fabric performance and safety, and if contaminants persist after laundering, discontinuing use of the garment is recommended.
