The Women's DRIFIRE® Tecgen FR work shirt is designed with a feminine silhouette and is inherently flame resistant (FR), featuring a lightweight, breathable 5.5 oz. Tecgen Select® OPF blend twill fabric that provides dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire. Key features include a pen/pencil slot in the front pocket, unsupervised moisture-wicking and drying capabilities, and two chest pockets with flaps. The FR protection remains effective regardless of wash or wear, making it ideal for women, including expectant mothers, who may need to size up for comfort. Compliance standards for this garment include an arc rating of 8 cal/cm², Category 2 classification, and compliance with NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269. For care, the shirt is dry cleanable and should be laundered inside out in warm water (maximum 140° / 60°), without the use of chlorine bleach, hydrogen peroxide, or fabric softeners, ensuring the fabric's performance is maintained when soiled.
