The Women's DRIFIRE® TECGEN FR Work Shirt is designed with a feminine silhouette and is inherently flame resistant (FR). Constructed from a lightweight 5.5 oz. TECGEN SELECT® OPF blend twill, it offers dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire. Features include a pen/pencil slot in the front pocket, two chest pockets with flaps, and moisture-wicking properties that ensure comfort throughout the day. The FR protection will not wash or wear out, making it a durable choice for women in demanding work environments. This shirt complies with several safety standards, including an arc rating of 8 cal/cm², Cat level 2, NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269. For optimal care, the garment should not be exposed to chlorine bleach, hydrogen peroxide, or fabric softeners, and should be dry cleaned or machine washed warm (maximum 140° / 60°) inside out and tumble dried warm. Proper washing is essential to maintain fabric performance, especially when the garment becomes soiled with contaminants.
