The Women's DRIFIRE® Tecgen FR work shirt features a feminine silhouette and is inherently flame resistant (FR). Constructed from 5.5 oz. Tecgen Select® OPF blend twill, this shirt provides dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire. It includes a pen/pencil slot in the front pocket, two chest pockets with flaps, and is designed to keep all women safe, comfortable, and stylish, including expectant mothers. The lightweight, breathable fabric offers unsurpassed moisture-wicking and drying rates, ensuring comfort during wear. The garment complies with safety standards, including an arc rating of 8 cal/cm², Cat level 2, NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269. For care, do not use chlorine bleach, detergents containing bleach, hydrogen peroxide, or fabric softeners. The shirt is dry cleanable, should be turned inside out prior to laundering, and can be machine washed warm (max. 140° / 60°) and tumble dried warm. It is important to wash according to these instructions to remove contaminants and maintain fabric performance. If contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, it is best to discontinue use of the garment.
