The Women's DRIFIRE® TECGEN FR work shirt is designed with a feminine silhouette and is inherently flame resistant (FR) for enhanced safety. Constructed from a lightweight 5.5 oz. TECGEN SELECT® OPF blend twill, it provides dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire. Key features include a pen/pencil slot in the front pocket, two chest pockets with flaps, and superior moisture-wicking and drying properties that keep the wearer comfortable throughout the day. The shirt has an arc rating of 8 cal/cm², meets Cat level 2 requirements, and complies with NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269. For optimal care, it is recommended to avoid chlorine bleach, hydrogen peroxide, or fabric softeners, and to dry clean or machine wash warm (max. 140° / 60°), turning the garment inside out prior to laundering and tumble drying on warm. Proper laundering as per these instructions is essential to maintaining the fabric's performance, especially in the presence of contaminants like dirt, grease, or oils.
