This shirt offers dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire, featuring a pen/pencil slot in the front pocket, two chest pockets with flaps, and lightweight, breathable fabric that ensures comfort. It boasts unsurpassed moisture-wicking and drying rates, making it suitable for various work environments. The shirt is designed to keep all women safe, comfortable, and stylish, including expectant mothers; it is recommended to go up one size for maternity wear to accommodate a changing body. The compliance standards for this garment include an arc rating of 8 cal/cm², Cat level 2, and certifications such as NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is advised not to use chlorine bleach or detergents that contain bleach, hydrogen peroxide, or fabric softeners. The shirt is dry cleanable and should be turned inside out prior to laundering; it can be machine washed warm (max. 140° / 60°) and tumble dried warm. To maintain fabric performance, it is important to wash according to instructions to remove contaminants such as dirt, greases, and oils, and if contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, it is best to discontinue use of the garment.
