The 8 Cal DRIFIRE® FR coverall is engineered for compliance and comfort, featuring a breathable FR fabric and a two-way zipper front closure for easy entry. This coverall includes a seven-pocket design with two chest pockets featuring flaps and accessible pass-through side pockets with snaps, providing functional storage. Key attributes include a fabric composition of 5.5 oz. TECGEN SELECT® OPF blend twill, offering dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire, a contoured silhouette with an elastic waistband, and inherently flame-resistant properties that do not wash or wear out. The lightweight and breathable material boasts excellent moisture-wicking and drying capabilities. The coverall complies with industry standards, with an arc rating of 8 cal/cm², categorized as CAT 2, and meets NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269 standards. For product care, it is recommended to avoid chlorine bleach, detergents containing bleach, hydrogen peroxide, and fabric softeners. The garment is dry cleanable and should be turned inside out before laundering, with a machine wash in warm water (max. 140°F / 60°C) and tumble drying on warm to ensure performance integrity.
