The 8 Cal DRIFIRE® FR coverall is designed to keep the wearer compliant and comfortable, featuring breathable FR fabric and a two-way zipper front closure for easy entry. The seven-pocket design includes two chest pockets with flaps and pass-through side pockets with snaps for convenient access to essentials. Crafted from a 5.5 oz. TECGEN SELECT® OPF blend twill, this coverall offers dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire, and its contoured silhouette with an elastic waistband enhances fit and comfort. Inherently flame resistant, the FR protection will not wash or wear out, and the lightweight, breathable fabric ensures unsurpassed moisture-wicking and drying capabilities. Compliance with safety standards includes an arc rating of 8 Cal/cm², Cat level 2, and meets NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269 requirements. For product care, dry cleaning is recommended, and it is advised to turn the garment inside out prior to laundering, machine wash warm (max. 140°F / 60°C), and tumble dry warm. Care instructions emphasize avoiding bleach, hydrogen peroxide, and fabric softeners to maintain fabric performance, particularly when the garment is soiled with dirt, grease, or oils.
