The 8 Cal DRIFIRE® FR coverall is designed for compliance and comfort, featuring breathable FR fabric and a two-way zipper front closure for easy entry. Its seven-pocket design includes two chest pockets with flaps and pass-through side pockets with snaps for convenient access to essentials. Constructed from 5.5 oz. TECGEN SELECT® OPF blend twill, it offers dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire. The contoured silhouette includes an elastic waistband, while the inherently flame-resistant material ensures that FR protection will not wash or wear out. This lightweight coverall boasts unsurpassed moisture-wicking and drying rates. Compliance with industry standards is assured with an arc rating of 8 cal/cm², Cat level 2, and certifications including NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is advised to avoid chlorine bleach, hydrogen peroxide, and fabric softeners. The coverall is dry cleanable, can be machine washed warm (max. 140°F / 60°C), and should be tumble dried warm. Proper washing according to the provided instructions is essential to maintain fabric performance when soiled. If contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, it is recommended to discontinue use of the garment.
