The Women's DRIFIRE® TECGEN FR Work Shirt is designed with a feminine silhouette and is inherently flame resistant (FR), made from a lightweight, breathable 5.5 oz. TECGEN SELECT® OPF blend twill fabric that offers dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire. Key features include a pen/pencil slot in the front pocket, two chest pockets with flaps, and unsurpassed moisture-wicking and drying capabilities, ensuring comfort while maintaining a professional appearance. This FR clothing is suitable for all women, including expectant mothers, with a recommendation to size up one size for maternity use. The shirt’s compliance standards include an arc rating of 8 cal/cm², Cat level 2, and certifications such as NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269. For care, the shirt is dry cleanable, and it is advised to turn the garment inside out prior to laundering; machine wash in warm water (maximum 140° / 60°) and tumble dry on warm. Proper washing instructions must be followed to maintain fabric performance and to remove contaminants such as dirt, greases, and oils. If contaminants cannot be removed, it is recommended to discontinue use of the garment.
