The Women's DRIFIRE® Tecgen FR work shirt is designed with a feminine silhouette and is inherently flame resistant (FR), featuring a lightweight, breathable fabric that offers moisture-wicking properties for comfort as well as a classic professional appearance. The shirt is made from a 5.5 oz. Tecgen Select® OPF blend twill and provides dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire. Key features include a pen/pencil slot in the front pocket, two chest pockets with flaps, and unsurpassed moisture-wicking and drying capabilities. The compliance standards met by this shirt include an arc rating of 8 cal/cm², Category 2 (Cat 2), NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269. For care, it is important not to use chlorine bleach or detergents containing bleach, hydrogen peroxide, or fabric softeners. The garment is dry cleanable, should be turned inside out prior to laundering, and can be machine washed warm (maximum 140° / 60°) and tumble dried warm to maintain fabric performance. If contaminants remain after laundering, it is advisable to discontinue use of the garment.
