The 8 CAL Drifire® FR coverall is designed to keep the wearer compliant and comfortable with its breathable FR fabric and a two-way zipper front closure for easy entry. This coverall features a seven-pocket design, including two chest pockets with flaps and pass-through side pockets with snaps for convenient access to essential items. It is constructed from a 5.5 oz. Tecgen Select® OPF blend twill, providing dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire. The contoured silhouette includes an elastic waistband for a comfortable fit, and the inherently flame-resistant fabric offers protection that does not wash or wear out, ensuring longevity. The lightweight, breathable material boasts an unsurpassed moisture-wicking and drying rate. The coverall meets several compliance standards, including an arc rating of 8 cal/cm², CAT level 2, NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269. For proper care, the product should not be washed with chlorine bleach or detergents containing bleach, hydrogen peroxide, or fabric softeners. It is dry cleanable and can be machine washed warm (maximum 140°F / 60°C) and tumble dried warm. To maintain fabric performance, it is essential to wash according to the provided instructions and discontinue use if contaminants cannot be removed after laundering.
