The Women's DRIFIRE® Tecgen FR work shirt features a feminine silhouette and is inherently flame resistant (FR), constructed from a lightweight, breathable 5.5 oz. Tecgen Select® OPF blend twill fabric that ensures comfort and professionalism. This shirt provides dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire, with an arc rating of 8 cal/cm² and classified as Cat 2. Key features include a pen/pencil slot in the front pocket, two chest pockets with flaps, and exceptional moisture-wicking and drying capabilities. Compliance with safety standards is guaranteed, as it meets NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269 requirements. For care, it is dry cleanable and should be washed using warm water (maximum 140° / 60°), with the garment turned inside out before laundering. It is essential to avoid chlorine bleach, detergents containing bleach, hydrogen peroxide, and fabric softeners to maintain fabric performance. In case of contamination from dirt, grease, or oils, proper laundering following care instructions is crucial, and if contaminants remain after wash, discontinuing use of the garment is recommended.
