The 8 Cal Drifire® FR coverall is designed to keep the wearer compliant and comfortable with breathable FR fabric and a two-way zipper front closure for easy entry. It features a seven-pocket design, including two chest pockets with flaps and pass-through side pockets with snaps, ensuring easy access to essentials. Made from a 5.5 oz. Tecgen Select® OPF blend twill, this coverall provides dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire, with a contoured silhouette and elastic waistband for a better fit. The inherently flame-resistant material ensures that FR protection will not wash or wear out, while the lightweight, breathable fabric offers unsurpassed moisture wicking and drying rates. It complies with several safety standards, including an arc rating of 8 cal/cm², Cat 2, NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is advised not to use chlorine bleach, hydrogen peroxide, or fabric softeners, and the coverall is dry cleanable. Washing instructions include turning the garment inside out, machine washing warm (maximum 140°F / 60°C), and tumble drying warm while ensuring adherence to care guidelines to maintain fabric performance when soiled.
