The 8 Cal DRIFIRE® FR coverall is designed to provide both compliance and comfort with its breathable FR fabric and a convenient two-way zipper front closure. This coverall features a seven-pocket design, including two chest pockets with flaps and pass-through side pockets with snaps, ensuring that essential items are easily accessible. It is constructed from a 5.5 oz. TECGEN SELECT® OPF blend twill, offering dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire. The contoured silhouette includes an elastic waistband for added comfort, while the inherently flame-resistant properties ensure that the FR protection will not wash or wear out over time. The lightweight, breathable fabric boasts an unsurpassed moisture-wicking and drying rate. Compliance with safety standards is ensured with an arc rating of 8 cal/cm², classified as Cat 2, and adheres to NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269. For care, the coverall is dry cleanable and should be turned inside out before laundering, with machine wash instructions at a maximum of 140°F (60°C) and tumble dry on warm. It is important to avoid chlorine bleach, detergents containing bleach, hydrogen peroxide, and fabric softeners to maintain the garment's performance.
