The 8 Cal DRIFIRE® FR coverall is designed to keep the wearer compliant and comfortable with its breathable FR fabric and a two-way zipper front closure for easy entry. This coverall features a seven-pocket design, including two chest pockets with flaps and pass-through side pockets with snaps, ensuring that essential items are easily accessible. It is constructed from 5.5 oz. TECGEN SELECT® OPF blend twill, providing dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire. The contoured silhouette includes an elastic waistband for a better fit. This coverall is inherently flame resistant, with FR protection that will not wash or wear out, and offers lightweight, breathable fabric with unsurpassed moisture-wicking and drying rates. The product complies with several certifications and standards: Arc rating of 8 cal/cm², Cat level 2, NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is recommended to avoid chlorine bleach and detergents containing bleach, hydrogen peroxide, and fabric softeners. The coverall is dry cleanable and should be washed inside out in warm water (maximum 140°F / 60°C), with tumble drying on warm, to effectively remove contaminants and maintain fabric performance. If contaminants persist after laundering, it is advised to discontinue use of the garment.
