The 8 Cal DRIFIRE® FR coverall is designed for compliance and comfort, featuring breathable FR fabric and a two-way zipper front closure for easy entry. The coverall includes a seven pocket design, with two chest pockets that have flaps and pass-through side pockets with snaps, ensuring that essentials are easily accessible. Key attributes include a fabric/material composition of 5.5 oz. TECGEN SELECT® OPF blend twill, providing dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire, a contoured silhouette with an elastic waistband, and inherently flame-resistant properties that ensure FR protection will not wash or wear out. The coverall is lightweight and breathable, offering unsurpassed moisture-wicking and drying capabilities. Compliance certifications include an arc rating of 8 cal/cm², Cat level 2, NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269. For care, the garment is dry cleanable, should not be exposed to chlorine bleach, hydrogen peroxide, or fabric softeners, and requires laundering instructions to maintain fabric performance, including machine washing warm (max. 140°F / 60°C) and tumble drying warm, while turning the garment inside out prior to laundering.
