The 8 Cal Drifire® FR Coverall is designed to keep the wearer compliant and comfortable, featuring breathable FR fabric and a two-way zipper front closure for easy entry. This coverall is crafted from a 5.5 oz. Tecgen Select® OPF blend twill material that provides dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire. It has a contoured silhouette with an elastic waistband and a seven pocket design that includes two chest pockets with flaps and pass-through side pockets with snaps for convenient storage. The inherently flame-resistant fabric ensures that FR protection will not wash or wear out, while its lightweight and breathable construction offers unsurpassed moisture-wicking and drying rates. The coverall meets several compliance standards, including an arc rating of 8 cal/cm², Cat level 2, NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is recommended to avoid chlorine bleach, hydrogen peroxide, and fabric softeners. The coverall is dry cleanable, should be turned inside out prior to laundering, and can be machine washed warm (max. 140°F / 60°C) and tumble dried warm. Proper washing according to these instructions is essential to maintain fabric performance and ensure any contaminants are effectively removed.
