The 8 cal DRIFIRE® FR coverall is designed to keep the wearer compliant and comfortable with its breathable FR fabric and a two-way zipper front closure for easy entry. This coverall features a seven-pocket design, including two chest pockets with flaps and pass-through side pockets with snaps, ensuring that essential items are easily accessible. It is crafted from a 5.5 oz. TECGEN SELECT® OPF blend twill, providing dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire, and features a contoured silhouette with an elastic waistband for a better fit. The inherently flame-resistant fabric offers FR protection that will not wash or wear out and is lightweight with an unsurpassed moisture-wicking and drying rate. The coverall has an arc rating of 8 cal/cm² and complies with various safety standards including NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269. The product should not be subjected to chlorine bleach, detergents containing bleach, hydrogen peroxide, or fabric softeners. For care, it is dry cleanable and should be turned inside out prior to laundering, machine washed warm (max. 140°F / 60°C), and tumble dried warm to maintain fabric performance when soiled with dirt, greases, oils, etc. If contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, it is advised to discontinue use of the garment.
